Overview
Candidate will join the consulting team of an experienced and successful consulting practice focusing on the marketing, organization development, and customer segment needs of pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
| Responsibilities |
- Business development; establish, build and manage client relationships
- Development, management, and profitable execution and delivery of projects
- Manage a functional or practice area
- Assist Principals in setting business direction
- Assist Principals in staff training & development, developing and improving processes, communications, marketing strategies, and new tools & models

| Requirements |
- MBA, MPH, or equivalent
- 7 plus years of industry experience, preferably pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturer or consulting
- Strong business management skills including budgeting and forecasting
- Proven capability to develop and articulate strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and in writing
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and project management skills
- Successful track record of business development experience including a strong network of client relationships
